We will direct your customers to a car parking space quickly and efficiently. All staff are easily identified by their uniform and will endeavour to assist visitors with any enquiries they may have. Prior to your event we can prepare the site and layout the car parks logically, with row markers to identify all areas. 

Our traffic operatives are not only trained to National Highways Sector Scheme Standards and CSAS, but also experienced in event traffic management, briefed clearly about the event, EN 471 uniformed and radio linked, this enables us to avoid congestion and maximise car park capacity. 

Our Ticket Office staff are essential to the success of any event. Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, our team are experienced in using a variety of POS systems and readers, allowing us to work seamlessly on all events. We also provide our own event ticketing system 

Our experienced Event Health & Safety Officers provide professional support before, during and after your event, helping organisers create a safe and well-managed environment for staff, contractors, exhibitors and visitors.

Our service can begin at the pre-event planning stage, supporting event safety documentation, risk assessments, site plans, emergency procedures and contractor coordination. We can also facilitate tabletop exercises, testing emergency plans and helping event stewards, volunteers and event staff understand their roles and responsibilities before gates open. 

During the event, our officers provide an on-site Health & Safety presence, carrying out inspections, monitoring changing risks, supporting incident management and working closely with event management, security, medical and operational teams.

Our dedicated Event Safeguarding Officers provide a professional point of contact for safeguarding throughout your event. Working alongside event management, security and welfare teams, they help protect children, young people and vulnerable adults by identifying concerns, responding appropriately to incidents and supporting established safeguarding procedures.
