Where an incident, security concern or maintenance issue is discovered, customers can be notified by email, text message or telephone at the time of the incident, depending on the circumstances and agreed escalation procedures.
24/7 Key Holding & Alarm Response
EPS can securely hold keys for your premises and provide a professional response when an alarm activation occurs.
Our officers can attend the property, carry out external and internal checks where authorised, investigate the cause of the activation and take the appropriate action in accordance with your agreed site instructions and escalation procedures.
Where required, we can liaise with nominated contacts, emergency services or other authorised parties.
K-9 security units are also available where required, providing an additional capability for appropriate sites and incidents.
Mobile Security Patrols
Our mobile patrol service provides a visible EPS security presence at your premises without the cost of permanently stationing an officer on site.
Visits can be scheduled to suit the individual property and may include:
- External perimeter and building checks
- Doors, gates and access-point checks
- Internal patrols where authorised
- Checks for signs of intrusion, vandalism or damage
- Identification of suspicious activity
- Alarm and CCTV checks
- Reporting of security, safety or maintenance concerns
Every visit can be recorded, providing an auditable history of activity at your premises.
Unlocking & Locking Services
EPS can provide daily opening and closing services for commercial premises, offices, compounds and other buildings.
Our officers can attend at agreed times to unlock and prepare the premises for authorised personnel, or attend at the end of the day to check and secure the building.
Lock-up procedures can include checking windows and doors, clearing designated areas, setting alarm systems and confirming that the premises have been secured.
CCTV & Alarm Monitoring
Where technically compatible and permitted by the existing system, EPS may also be able to monitor existing CCTV and alarm systems with our NSI Gold Monitoring Station.
This allows our response team to react appropriately when an activation or security incident is identified.
Where a customer’s existing equipment cannot be integrated or monitored, our security systems engineers can advise on, supply and install suitable CCTV and alarm systems.
Full Visit Logs – Available 24/7
Accountability is an important part of our service.
Detailed visit and response records are maintained, giving customers access to information relating to patrols, alarm activations and security attendances 24 hours a day.
Records can include attendance times, observations, actions taken, incidents identified and other relevant information.
