Our security personnel provide a professional support service 24/7 by creating a safe enjoyable experience for visiting members of the public. Our emphasis is always customer safety with our primary objective, all visitors arrive safely and enjoy the day.
All our security staff go through a vetting process in compliance with BS7858. Our in-house training ensures all staff provide a high level of service in all roles. This enables us to provide trained team members appropriately for the task at hand on the day.
Car Parking and Traffic Management
We will direct your customers to a car parking space quickly and efficiently. All staff are easily identified by their uniform and will endeavour to assist visitors with any questions they may have. Prior to your event we can prepare the site and layout the car parks logically, with row markers to define all areas.
We can provide full external signing, variable messaging signs, stop/go operations, 2 way or multi-phase traffic light services, permanent traffic light control, road closures, lane closures, and temporary barrier systems from water filled barriers to pedestrian management systems for any event. Our traffic operatives are trained to National Highways Sector Scheme Standards, and experienced in event traffic management, briefed clearly about the event, EN 471 uniform compliant and radio linked.
Event Medical Services
We provide basic and extensive medical services at your event. Through our experience within the events sector, we are able to offer you complete medical cover provision, from initial planning through to debriefing and reporting.
Our senior clinical staff are all NHS trained or registered health professionals to ensure the best possible standards and care. Dependent on your requirements, we can provide doctors, HCPC registered paramedics, Emergency Nurses, Ambulance Technicians or qualified first aiders, ensuring your event has complete medical cover and complies with current legislative regulations.
Fencing
Our traditional Heras fencing and crowd control barriers are supplied with rubber feet, clips and installed by our team.
Pedestrian and vehicle gates are available, including a range of screening materials to help blend the fencing into its environment, providing improved privacy or branding opportunities.
Waste Management
Our event specific litter collection and waste management services include pre-event clearance, ongoing services throughout your event and management of the extensive post-event clean up.
Dedicated recycling, litter and waste management teams work closely to achieve source separation of recyclable and compostable materials and reduce waste going to landfill enabling the operation to move positively towards environmental sustainability. Public space facilities management extend to cleaning and servicing toilets, showers, kitchens, offices, marquees, exhibition stands and any other event space.
Cash In Transit
We understand the transportation of money can be challenging and high risk. Our Cash In Transit security service will allow safe collection and delivery of cash for your event.
The safety of staff and the general public is absolutely paramount. Our presence will reduce the risk of attacks and theft and ensure that your business’s cash collections and deliveries are carried out according to a secure and efficient schedule.
Box Office Hire
Our ticket offices are smart and presentable in appearance, making a great first impression. They have ample space for staff to deal with visitors in combinations of one, two, three or four sliding window booths to assist with a faster throughput.
Event branding, POS systems and Card Terminals are also available which can be customised for each event accordingly.
Toilet Hire
Each steam cleaned cubicle is delivered and ready for use with chemicals, hand sanitising gel and toilet tissue. The toilets are self- contained, so mains water and waste outlets are not needed. They are flushable with sealed tanks to prevent leakage or viewing of any waste.
The toilets blend with outdoor backgrounds and have a light- coloured roof to allow light into the unit. Although portables can be basic, we will provide clean, well maintained toilets.
